Dear all,

After about 130 days of traveling my trusty cycle-truck ”sleeps” in Esfahan (Iran) for 2 weeks while the rider is enjoying the country by bus and train.  I recently have been to Mashhad (the holiest plcae in Iran) for 2 days and currently spend some days in Tehran. After my return to Esfahan and some more days of sightseeing I will meet Hamid (the Delphi bladder ME…) in Shiraz befor riding towards the Pakistan border starting Jan. 2nd (another 1300km). I’m looking forward to seeing the sun and warm weather again after several weeks of cold, cloudy and snowy times. I probably will enjoy my quitest Xmas in life so far since here in Iran it does’t mean anything (except to the few Armenians). Cross your fingers that I will find a fast internet connection for further picture upload…
